SYNOPSIS

Quicksand is a survival thriller directed by Andrés Beltrán and starring Carolina Gaitán and Allan Hawco. The story follows an American couple traveling through Colombia who become trapped in quicksand deep in the jungle, forcing them into a desperate fight for survival in a hostile and tension-filled environment.

International Release

The film screened at several genre festivals focused on horror and suspense before its international release in July 2023 through the streaming platforms Shudder and AMC+.
